Thank you for choosing to book with The Villare Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to the establishment. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
For walk-in bookings, we require a damage deposit of 50GBP (varies based on length of stay and number of guests). For all bookings made through our website and other booking platforms, no damage deposit is required. Payment will be taken in full at the point of guest reservation. Your booking will be confirmed via a PayZone email with payment confirmation and details.
Cancellation of booking
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
Our cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival, you will be fully refunded if you cancel 30 days before the reservation date. If your reservation was placed within 30 days there will be no refund.
The Villare Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings and issue a full refund if we cannot contact a guest with his/her provided information prior to their arrival.
Payment should be made prior to arrival by credit or debit card. We do not accept some credit/debit cards so please ask if your card is acceptable. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Free Stay Vouchers
Free stay vouchers are only valid on the condition that guests who redeem a free stay voucher do so with the knowledge that they can and have not previously written a bad review on any of our booking platforms. Bad reviews hurt our business and so we at The Villare Hotel must take preventative measures to ensure guests do not abuse free stay vouchers to negatively affect our excellent score.
Our free stay vouchers are only valid on dates that are not classified as ‘special dates’ these include but are not limited to: Ice hockey tournaments, concerts and events, festivals, etc. Any stay during a date that causes The Villare Hotel to charge a premium rate will not be valid for the free stay voucher.
Finally, free stay vouchers are only valid until the end of the year that they are issued upon. For example, if a free stay voucher is issued on the 13th February. It is nulled on the 31st December of the year of issue.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to find you alternative accommodation if we were unable to find suitable accommodation our liability would not extend beyond this point.
Pets are only allowed within our properties if it has been approved by management prior to your arrival.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages.
Upon arrival to The Villare Hotel, you should present valid identification and the matching payment card used to book online. If your apartment has been booked by someone else, please let us know prior to arriving at our apartments as this will complicate the process.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Please vacate your room by 11 am, unless otherwise arranged. The room will be ready for re-occupation from 2.00 pm unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to charge occupants for overstaying past the agreed time of departure. If you fail to vacate your room by the arranged check out time, you will be charged an additional £20 for every hour after 11 am.
In accordance with English Law, there is a no smoking policy in force at The Villare Hotel.
Smoking in the designated areas or on the terrace of penthouse rooms is acceptable.
There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the building you will be asked to vacate the premises. If you smoke in the apartments you will be liable to pay for damages of up to £300.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our apartments. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
We are unable to be held accountable for possessions left behind inside the apartment building. We will try our best to ensure your items are returned to you however in many cases they will be discarded.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission, we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
